Follow the signs for the Tateyama Expressway (館山自動車道) and continue until you reach the Ichinomiya area. Take Route 128 (国道128号) and follow the signs to Tsurigasaki Surfing Beach. The beach is located at 6961-7 Torami, Ichinomiya, Chōsei District, Chiba 299-4303. Ensure you have a GPS or a map application for precise navigation. Note that tolls will apply along the expressway, so keep some cash or a card ready for payment.

For those using public transportation, begin your journey by taking a train to Choshi Station (銚子駅). If you're starting in Nagoya or other parts of Chubu, first take the Tokaido Shinkansen (東海道新幹線) to Tokyo. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Sobu Line (総武線) to Choshi Station. Upon arrival at Choshi Station, you will need to take a local bus (Choshi City Bus) heading to Torami Beach (鳥海海水浴場). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited. Once you arrive at Torami Beach, it is a short walk to Tsurigasaki Surfing Beach. Make sure to have some yen for the bus fare.
