From Hakone, it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the Yamanaka Castle Ruins. Once you reach Mishima, take the exit for Yamanaka Shinden. Follow the road signs directing you to the Yamanaka Castle Ruins. There is parking available near the site, which may incur a small fee.

    Start your journey at Hakone-Yumoto Station and take the Hakone Tozan Railway to Odawara Station. From Odawara Station, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and travel to Mishima Station.
