Car
From Hida City, take Route 158 towards Takayama. Continue on Route 158 for approximately 40 km until you reach the junction with Route 471. Turn right onto Route 471 and follow the signs towards Shirakawa-go. After about 15 km, you will see signs for Shirakawa go no Yu on your left. The onsen is located at 337 Ogimachi, Shirakawa, Ono District, Gifu 501-5627. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be a fee.

From Hida City, head to the Hida Furukawa Station. Take the Nohi Bus towards Shirakawa-go. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Get off at the Shirakawa-go bus stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Shirakawa go no Yu. Follow the signs to Ogimachi, and you will find the onsen at 337 Ogimachi. The bus fare is approximately 2,000 yen one-way.

Start at Hida City and take a train to Takayama Station. From Takayama Station, transfer to the Nohi Bus service that goes to Shirakawa-go. The bus ride takes about 50 minutes. Once you reach Shirakawa-go, disembark at the Shirakawa-go bus stop. It’s a 10-minute walk to Shirakawa go no Yu, located at 337 Ogimachi. The train fare from Hida City to Takayama is approximately 1,000 yen, and the bus fare to Shirakawa-go is around 2,000 yen.
