If you prefer to use public transportation, take a local bus from Hiroshima Station. Look for the bus line that goes to Nakajimacho. The bus ride takes about 20-30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Nakajimacho' bus stop, which is conveniently located on the opposite side of the street from Gates of Peace. The bus fare is typically around 210 yen.
