Car
To reach Tokyo Disney Resort by car from Hitachi, start by getting onto the Joban Expressway (E6) from Hitachi. Take the expressway south and continue until you reach the junction for the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line. Merge onto the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, which will take you across the bay. After crossing, follow signs for the Shuto Expressway (C2) toward Narita and Chiba. Take the exit for Maihama, and follow signs to Tokyo Disney Resort. The resort is located at 1-1 Maihama, Urayasu, Chiba 279-0031. Note that there may be highway tolls that could cost approximately 2,000-3,000 yen, depending on your route.

Public Transportation
To reach Tokyo Disney Resort using public transportation from Hitachi, first, head to Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line (Rapid Service) towards Ueno. Depending on the time of day, this train ride will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Get off at Ueno Station and transfer to the JR Yamanote Line. From Ueno, take the Yamanote Line to Tokyo Station. At Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Keiyo Line towards Soga and get off at Maihama Station. From Maihama Station, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the entrance of Tokyo Disney Resort. Make sure to check the train schedules as they may vary, and the total fare for this journey will cost around 2,500 yen.
