The National Diet Building is located at 1 Chome-7-1 Nagatachō, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0014. Be aware of toll fees on the expressway, which typically range from 1,500 to 3,000 yen depending on your entry and exit points.

For those using public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno, and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Ride the Ginza Line to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. From Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, it's a 10-minute walk to the National Diet Building. The total travel time is approximately 2 hours, and a one-way ticket will cost around 2,000 yen.

Alternatively, you can take an express bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Board the bus at Hitachi Station’s bus terminal. The journey takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and get off at Kasumigaseki Station. The National Diet Building is a short 5-minute walk from the station. The bus fare is approximately 3,000 yen one way.
