If you are driving to the Parliamentary Museum from anywhere in Hitachi, start by getting onto the Joban Expressway (E6) from central Hitachi. Follow the signs for Tokyo. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the Chiyoda area, take the exit for Nagatachō (Exit 16) and follow the signs to the museum. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, so check local regulations.

To reach the Parliamentary Museum by train, first, head to Hitachi Station. From there, take the JR Joban Line to Ueno Station (about 1 hour). At Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and ride to the Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (approximately 10 minutes). From Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, it's a 10-minute walk to the museum. Exit the station and head towards Nagatachō, following the signs to 1 Chome-8-1 Nagatachō. The entire journey will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, including transfers.

If you prefer to travel by bus, take a local bus from Hitachi Station to the nearest express bus terminal, then catch an express bus to Tokyo. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at Tokyo, you can take a taxi or use the public transport system (Tokyo Metro) to reach the Parliamentary Museum located at 1 Chome-8-1 Nagatachō.
