    If you are starting from Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. The journey takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Take the Ginza Line towards Shibuya and get off at Hibiya Station (3 stops). From Hibiya Station, take Exit A13, and you will find yourself at the entrance of Hibiya Park.

    For those driving from Hitachi, you will want to take the Route 6 highway. Follow Route 6 towards Mito, then take the Joban Expressway towards Tokyo. Merge onto the Shuto Expressway (C1) and follow the signs for Chiyoda. Take the exit towards Kasumigaseki, and follow the signs for Hibiya Park. There is parking available nearby, but expect to pay around ¥500 to ¥1000 per hour.
