    If you are driving from central Hitachi, take Route 6 towards Mito. After approximately 10 kilometers, merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6) towards Tokyo. Drive for about 90 kilometers and take the exit for Kasumigaseki. Follow signs for Chiyoda City, and you will arrive at Shiomizaka located at 3 Chome-1 Kasumigaseki. Be aware that there may be tolls on the expressway, which can cost around 1,500 to 2,500 yen depending on your exact route.

    From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Shibuya. Get off at the Kasumigaseki Station (approximately 10 minutes). From Kasumigaseki Station, exit and walk approximately 5 minutes to reach Shiomizaka at 3 Chome-1 Kasumigaseki. The total cost for this trip will be around 1,500 yen.

    You can take a local bus from Hitachi to Mito Station. From Mito Station, catch an express bus to Tokyo Station. This bus ride takes about 2 hours.
