To reach Oshinari Park via public transportation, head to Hitachi Station. From there, take the JR Joban Line toward Ueno Station. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Get off at Asakusa Station and transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Ride the train for 4 stops and get off at Asakusa Station. From Asakusa, transfer to the Toei Asakusa Line and take the train to Oshiage Station (approximately 2 stops).
