If you are further away in Asakusa, you can take the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line or Toei Asakusa Line to Asakusa Station. After exiting the station, walk towards the Senso-ji Temple. From there, follow the instructions above to reach Kan'non-dōri.

If you are near the Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center, head south on the main road, and you will see Senso-ji Temple ahead. Walk through the temple grounds towards Nakamise-dori, then follow the previous walking directions to Kan'non-dōri.
