Car
If you are driving, start from Hitachi City center and take Route 6 heading south. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction for the Joban Expressway (E6). Enter the expressway and follow the signs toward Tokyo. After about 90 km, take the exit for Koto (江東) and merge onto Route 357. Follow Route 357 until you reach the Sumida River area, where you will see signs for Tobu Bridge. The bridge is located at 1 Chome-32-12 Oshiage, Sumida City, Tokyo, and there is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Tobu Bridge via public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. After approximately 90 minutes, transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line heading towards Asakusa. Get off at Asakusa Station and transfer to the Tobu Skytree Line. Board a train heading towards Tochigi and get off at Oshiage Station. From Oshiage Station, it's a short 10-minute walk to Tobu Bridge, located at 1 Chome-32-12 Oshiage, Sumida City, Tokyo. Note that train fares may vary, so be prepared for a cost of around 2,000 yen for the entire journey.
