Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Ishigaki City. Head southwest on Route 390. Follow Route 390 for about 20 minutes until you reach the Nagura area. Look for signs directing you to the Observation Deck. There is a parking area available near the deck, and parking is usually free.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a bus from Ishigaki City to Nagura. The bus stop you will need is 'Nagura Bus Stop'. Buses run frequently, but it’s advisable to check the schedule in advance. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nagura Bus Stop, walk towards the Observation Deck, which is about a 10-minute walk from the stop. Follow the road signs directing you to the Observation Deck.
