Car

From central Izumi, head southwest on Route 3 for approximately 30 kilometers. Follow the signs for Kamiamakusa. Once you reach Kamiamakusa, continue straight until you see signs for Oyanomachi Yushima. The destination will be on your left. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that fees may apply depending on the area.
Public Transportation

Start by taking a local bus from Izumi Station to Kamiamakusa. Buses run approximately every hour, and the fare is around 500 yen. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the Kamiamakusa bus stop. From there, transfer to a local bus heading towards Oyanomachi. This bus ride will take an additional 15 minutes and cost about 300 yen. Once you arrive at the Oyanomachi stop, Yushima is a short 5-minute walk from there. Be sure to check the local bus schedules for return trips.
