    If you are driving from central Kai, start by heading southwest on Route 20. Continue on Route 20 for about 15 kilometers. After approximately 15 minutes, take the exit towards Route 139 towards Fujikawaguchiko. Continue on Route 139 until you reach the signs for Arakawa & Lake Sai Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance at 3513-1 Tajima, Sakura Ward, Saitama. Parking is available on-site, but be prepared for a parking fee of around 500 yen.

    For those using public transportation, begin your journey at Kai's main train station. Take the JR Chuo Line to Otsuki Station and transfer to the Fujikyu Railway.
