If you are driving from the center of Kai, head southeast on Route 20. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit for Route 16 towards Itabashi City. Continue on Route 16 for about 5 kilometers. Follow the signs for Akatsuka and turn left onto 5 Chome-35. The Itabashi Historical Museum will be on your right.
