    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Kai. Take National Route 20 (Kōshū Highway) heading towards Saitama. After approximately 15 kilometers, merge onto the Ken-O Expressway (圏央道) towards Saitama. Continue on the expressway for about 10 kilometers and take the exit for Urawa. Follow the signs to Saitama City and then to Tokiwa area. The Catholic Saitama Diocese is located at 6 Chome-4-12 Tokiwa, Urawa Ward, Saitama. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the lot.
