Car
If you're driving, start from central Kai and head towards Route 20 (Kofu Bypass). Follow Route 20 until you reach the junction with Route 139. Take the exit towards Itabashi City. Continue on Route 139 until you see signs for Akatsuka Park. The park is located at 3 Chome-1 Takashimadaira, Itabashi City, Tokyo 175-0082. There is parking available at the park, but please note that parking fees may apply, usually around 500 yen for the day.

Public Transportation
To reach Akatsuka Park by public transportation, take the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station towards Tokyo. Transfer at Takadanobaba Station to the Toei Subway Seibu Ikebukuro Line. Travel to Takashimadaira Station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the park. After exiting the station, follow the signs towards Takashimadaira and keep walking straight until you reach the park entrance. The total fare for this journey is approximately 800 yen.
