    If you're driving from the center of Kai, head east on Route 20 (Chuo Expressway). Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Koganei City. Take the Koganei exit, and follow signs for Sakuracho. After exiting, turn left onto Route 8 and continue straight. Look for the signs directing you to the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum, which will be located within Koganei Park on your right. There is parking available near the museum.

    To reach the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum via public transportation from Kai, take the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station towards Tokyo. Get off at Koganei Station (approximately a 40-minute ride). From Koganei Station, exit the station and take bus number 2 bound for Koganei Park. This bus will take you directly to the museum entrance. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. The museum is located inside Koganei Park, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
