If you are driving from central Kai, head southeast on Route 20 (Chuo Expressway) towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 52. Take the exit towards Shimizu/Kofu. Merge onto Route 52 and follow the signs for Tokyo. After approximately 60 kilometers, take the exit toward Koto City. Follow the local roads towards Fukagawa.
