If you're traveling by car from the center of Kai, start by heading southeast on Route 20. Follow Route 20 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 4. Merge onto Route 4 and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. Take the exit towards Musashino and continue onto Route 16. After about 3 kilometers, you will see signs for Inokashira Park. Follow the signs and you will arrive at the Inokashira Park Information Center located at 1 Chome-18-31 Gotenyama, Musashino, Tokyo 180-0005. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around 500 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Inokashira Park Information Center by public transportation, start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station to Mitaka Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once at Mitaka Station, transfer to the Keio Inokashira Line and take the train towards Shibuya. Get off at Inokashira Koen Station, which is only 2 stops away. From Inokashira Koen Station, exit the station and walk approximately 10 minutes to the Inokashira Park Information Center.
