By Car
If you are driving from central Kai, head south on Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection for Route 27. Take Route 27 towards Mitaka. After about 5 kilometers, follow signs for Inokashira Park. Upon entering the park, look for parking signs. There is a parking lot near the Inokashira Boat House, but a fee may apply (approximately 500 yen for a few hours). Once parked, walk towards the lake, and you will see the boat house located at Inokashira Park.

Start by making your way to the nearest train station in Kai. Take the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station to Mitaka Station. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes.
