From Kichijoji Station, take the south exit and follow the signs towards Inokashira Park. It is about a 15-minute walk to the park entrance. The park's Outdoor Stage is located inside the park; follow the signs once inside to reach the stage.

    You can also take a local bus from Kai to Kichijoji. Board a bus heading to Kichijoji Station. Once you arrive at Kichijoji, exit the bus and follow the signs to Inokashira Park. The park is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. As with the train, once inside the park, follow the signs to reach the Outdoor Stage.
