If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Kai and get onto Route 20 heading east. Continue on Route 20 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the city of Kofu. From Kofu, take the Chuo Expressway towards Tokyo. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit for Shinjuku and follow the signs towards Asakusa. Drive for about 10 kilometers, then look for signs for Kan'non-dōri, which is located at 1 Chome-2 Asakusa, Taito City, Tokyo. Keep in mind that parking may incur fees in the area, so check for nearby parking facilities.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start at the nearest train station in Kai. Take the JR Chuo Line to Kofu Station. From Kofu Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line Limited Express towards Tokyo. Alight at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, switch to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and travel to Asakusa Station. Once you arrive at Asakusa Station, take the exit towards Senso-ji Temple. Kan'non-dōri is just a short walk from the station. Expect to spend around 2,000 to 3,000 yen on train fares, depending on the exact routes chosen.
