Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Asakusa Station, exit the station through the Tsukuba Express exit. Once outside, head towards the main street (Asakusa-dori). Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Nakamise Street. Turn left onto Nakamise Street, which is filled with shops and food stalls. Continue walking until you reach the end of this street, where you will find the iconic Senso-ji Temple. From there, you can take a right and walk along the street until you reach the Ryōunkaku Memorial Marker, located at 2 Chome−14−5, directly in front of the OK supermarket.
Public Transport (Subway)
If you are starting from Ueno, take the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line from Ueno Station towards Asakusa Station. The fare is around 170 yen. Once you arrive at Asakusa Station, take the Tsukuba Express exit. From there, follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Ryōunkaku Memorial Marker.
Public Transport (Bus)
If you are near the Tokyo Skytree, you can take the Toei Bus (Route B) towards Asakusa. The bus fare is approximately 210 yen. Get off at the 'Asakusa View Hotel' stop.
