Take the exit onto Route 139 towards Shinjuku. Follow Route 139 for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for Shimoochiai. Turn left onto Shimoochiai street. The Nakamura Tsune Atelier Museum will be on your left at 3 Chome-5-7 Shimoochiai, Shinjuku City. There is usually free parking available nearby.

For public transportation, start at Kai's main train station, Kai-Zenkoji Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo. Disembark at Shinjuku Station, which is approximately a 1-hour train ride. Once at Shinjuku Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and head towards Ogikubo. Get off at the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the museum. Head south on Shinjuku Avenue until you reach Shimoochiai street, then turn left. The museum is located at 3 Chome-5-7 Shimoochiai, Shinjuku City. Be prepared for a small fare, approximately 1,000 yen for the train ride.
