To reach Anime Tokyo Station via public transportation, you can take the train from Kai City. Start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai-Zenkoji Station to Ochanomizu Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Ikebukuro Station. Once at Ikebukuro, exit the station and head towards Minamiikebukuro, which is about a 10-minute walk.
