Car
If you're driving from central Kai, head south on Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 for about 25 km until you reach the junction with the Chuo Expressway. Merge onto the Chuo Expressway and drive towards Tokyo. After approximately 70 km, take the exit towards Ueno and merge onto Route 463. Follow signs for Ueno and you will arrive at Taito City. Once in Taito City, look for 3 Chome-26 Ueno, which is easily accessible with parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
Begin your journey at Kai Station and take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo. After about 90 minutes, transfer at Shinjuku Station to the JR Yamanote Line. Take the Yamanote Line in the direction of Ikebukuro and get off at Ueno Station. From Ueno Station, exit through the Park Exit and walk about 10 minutes to 3 Chome-26 Ueno, Taito City. Follow the signs towards Ueno Park, and you will find Okachimachi Panda Square nearby.
