Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, head towards the city center of Kai and take Route 20 towards Kofu. After approximately 15 km, merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) toward Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for about 70 km, then take the exit toward Shinjuku. Follow local roads, and use a GPS or navigation app to reach Okubo Park located at 2 Chome-43 Kabukicho, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0021. Note that parking may be limited in the area, so it’s advisable to check for nearby parking lots beforehand.

  • Public Transportation - Train

    Start your journey at Kai City Station. Take the JR Chuo Main Line towards Tokyo and ride for about 50 minutes until you reach Shinjuku Station. Once at Shinjuku Station, exit the station and head towards the East Exit. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Okubo Park. Follow signs to Kabukicho and take the main road, Kabukicho 2-chome, until you reach the park at 2 Chome-43 Kabukicho.

    From Kai City, take a local bus to Kofu Station. Once there, transfer to a highway bus that goes directly to Shinjuku. The journey will take approximately 90 minutes depending on traffic.
