Public Transportation
From Kai, head to the nearest train station, which is likely to be Kai City Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and ride until you reach Shinjuku Station. At Shinjuku Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and board the train towards Ikebukuro. This ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Ikebukuro Station, take the East Exit. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to SEGA Ikebukuro GIGO. Head towards the Lagoon Ikebukuro Building located at 1 Chome−21−1 Higashiikebukuro, where the arcade is situated on the second basement floor (地下2階). Ensure you have a Suica or Pasmo card for seamless travel; a card can be purchased at the station for around 2,000 yen (which includes a 500 yen refundable deposit).

If you are driving from Kai, get on the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) heading towards Tokyo. Follow the expressway for approximately 100 kilometers. Take the Ikebukuro exit (池袋出口) and follow the signs to Ikebukuro. Once in Ikebukuro, locate the Lagoon Ikebukuro Building, which is at 1 Chome−21−1 Higashiikebukuro. The arcade is located on the second basement floor (地下2階). Be aware that parking fees in the area can vary, and you may need to pay around 500 to 1,500 yen depending on the duration of your visit.
