If you're using public transportation, take the JR Yamanote Line to Shinjuku Station. Once at Shinjuku Station, follow the signs to the New South Exit (Shin Minami-guchi). From the New South Exit, walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by the Takashimaya Times Square and then continue straight until you reach the main entrance of Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall, which is located at 3 Chome-20-2 Nishishinjuku.
