Car
If you're driving from central Kai, head north on Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 15 kilometers, then take the exit towards Shinjuku. Follow the signs to Shinjuku City and continue onto Meiji Dori. Use the GPS or a navigation app to guide you to '3 Chome-20-2 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo'. There is parking available at Tokyo Opera City Tower, where the ICC is located. Please note that parking fees apply, so be prepared for costs that could range from 500 to 1000 yen for an hour.

Public Transportation - Train
From Kai, make your way to Kofu Station by taking the JR Chuo Line. The journey will take about 15 minutes. Upon arriving at Kofu Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line Limited Express towards Tokyo. After about 1 hour, get off at Shinjuku Station. From Shinjuku Station, take the West Exit and follow the signs to the Tokyo Opera City Tower. The ICC is located on the 4th floor. This option will cost approximately 2,500 yen for the train fare, depending on the time of travel.

Public Transportation - Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take a highway bus from Kai to Shinjuku. The bus departs from the Kai Bus Terminal and takes about 2 hours to reach Shinjuku. Once you arrive at the Shinjuku bus terminal, exit towards the Tokyo Opera City Tower. The ICC is located on the 4th floor of the tower. The bus fare is typically around 1,800 yen. Be sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time for the most accurate timings.
