If you're driving, get onto the Hanshin Expressway Route 4 from your starting point in Kinki (Kansai). Follow the signs for Osaka and take the exit for Nakagawa. Once you exit, follow the signs to Konohana Ward. Continue straight on the local roads and look for Tsuneyoshi Bridge, which will be on your right. There are limited parking options nearby, so be prepared to find street parking or a nearby lot.

Take the JR Loop Line to Nishikujo Station. From Nishikujo, transfer to the JR Hanwa Line and get off at Noda Station. Once you arrive at Noda Station, exit the station and walk towards the west side. It is about a 20-minute walk to reach Tsuneyoshi Bridge. Follow the local streets, and you will find the bridge located in Tsuneyoshi, Konohana Ward. Make sure to have a map app on your phone for precise navigation.
