Car
From your current location in Kumano Kodo, head north on Route 42 towards the city of Izumisano. Continue on Route 42 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the Izumisano area. Once you arrive in Izumisano, follow signs for Ogi. Turn onto Ogi Street and continue until you see the Shipporyuji Temple Hondō on your left at 8 Ogi, Izumisano, Osaka 598-0023. There is parking available nearby.

If you are taking public transportation, start by heading to the nearest major train station in Kumano Kodo. Take the Kisei Main Line train towards Kameyama Station and transfer to the Nankai Main Line at Kameyama Station. Board a train towards Izumi-Sano Station. Upon arriving at Izumi-Sano Station, exit the station and take a local bus or a taxi to Ogi. The bus will drop you off near Shipporyuji Temple Hondō at 8 Ogi, Izumisano, Osaka 598-0023. The temple is a short walk from the bus stop.
