If you're driving from central Kyoto, head onto the Meishin Expressway from Kyoto Station. Continue on the expressway towards Osaka. Take the exit for Minoh, and follow the signs to Minookoen Park. The Nyoirinkannon is located within the park area. Parking is available near the entrance to the park, and there may be a small fee for parking.

From Kyoto Station, board the Hankyu Kyoto Line heading towards Umeda. Transfer at Takatsuki Station to the Hankyu Takarazuka Line and get off at Minoh Station. From Minoh Station, take a local bus (Bus No. 2) towards Minookoen Park. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes, and the fare is around 210 yen. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to Nyoirinkannon, which is located within the park.
