Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, you can take the Osaka Expressway. From Osaka city center, head towards the Suita Junction and merge onto the Chuo Expressway (Route 171). Follow the signs for Minoh and take the exit towards Minoh. Once you exit, follow the local roads towards Aomatani, where Sanmon is located. There is parking available near the temple. Please note that parking may incur a fee, usually around 500 yen.

  • Train

    To reach Sanmon using public transportation, take the Hankyu Takarazuka Line from Umeda Station in Osaka and get off at Minoh Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Minoh Station, you can take a bus or taxi to reach the temple. If you choose the bus, take the 'Minoh Koen' line, which will take you close to Sanmon. The bus fare is around 210 yen. The temple is a short walk from the bus stop.

  • Bus from Minoh Station

    After arriving at Minoh Station, if you opt for the bus, board the bus heading to 'Minoh Koen.' The bus ride is around 10 minutes.
