If you're driving from Kyoto city center, take the Meishin Expressway toward Osaka. Exit at the Takatsuki Interchange and follow signs for National Route 171. Continue on Route 171, then turn onto Route 2 toward Minoh. Follow the signs for Minoh Onsen, which will lead you directly to the Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Minoh Onsen Spa Garden. Parking is available on-site for a fee, which is around ¥500.

Start your journey by taking the Hankyu Kyoto Line from Kawaramachi Station in Kyoto. Ride the train to the Minoh Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes.
