    From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus number 100 or 206. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Gion' bus stop. Once you get off, walk along Shijo Avenue in the direction of the Kamo River. Turn right onto Hanamikoji Street and continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Gion Corner, which will be on your left at the address 570-2 Gionmachi Minamigawa.

    From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line subway towards Kokusaikaikan and get off at Shijo Station (4 stops). At Shijo Station, take Exit 1, and walk east along Shijo Avenue. After about 10 minutes, turn right onto Hanamikoji Street. Continue walking straight for another 5 minutes, and you will find Gion Corner on your left at 570-2 Gionmachi Minamigawa.
