From Kyoto Station, take the bus number 205 or 206 towards Kinkaku-ji. Get off at the 'Hirano Jinja-mae' bus stop. The Hirano Shrine is just a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 5 minutes. Head northeast on Hirano Miyamotocho street until you reach the shrine entrance.
