From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 205 or 100 towards 'Kiyomizu-dera'. Get off at the 'Shijo Kawaramachi' bus stop. From there, walk east along Shijo Street until you reach the intersection with Kiyamachi-dori. Turn left onto Kiyamachi-dori and continue walking straight. You will see the vibrant street atmosphere and many shops and dining options.

Take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station and travel north to 'Shijo Station'. Once you exit Shijo Station, head east along Shijo Street. At the intersection with Kiyamachi-dori, turn left. Kiyamachi-dori runs parallel to the Kamo River and is lined with various restaurants and bars, creating a lively atmosphere.

If you are near the Gion district, Kiyamachi-dori is accessible by a pleasant walk. Head north on Hanamikoji Street until you reach the intersection with Shijo Street.
