  • Walking

    If you are starting from Kyoto Station, exit the station and head towards the Karasuma Line subway entrance. Take the Karasuma Line subway northbound towards Kokusai Kaikan. Get off at the Shijo Station (3 stops). From Shijo Station, take exit 1 and walk towards the intersection at Shijo and Karasuma. Walk straight along Shijo Street until you reach the intersection with Kawaramachi Street. Turn left on Kawaramachi Street and continue walking until you reach the Sanjo Bridge. Cross the bridge to the other side and continue straight. After about 10 minutes, you will see the entrance to Kyoto Ebisu Shrine on your left, located at 125 Komatsucho, Higashiyama Ward.

    From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line subway to Shijo Station. Upon arriving at Shijo Station, exit via exit 1. Walk straight along Shijo Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the Kawaramachi intersection. Turn left onto Kawaramachi Street and walk until you cross the Sanjo Bridge. After crossing, continue straight for another 10 minutes, and you will find Kyoto Ebisu Shrine on your left at 125 Komatsucho, Higashiyama Ward.
