Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus Number 17 towards Takashimaya. After about 40 minutes, get off at the 'Miyanotani' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk east along the road for about 15 minutes, and you will see the Make Shrine on your left.
Train and Walk
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Sagano Line (also known as the JR Sanin Line) towards Sonobe. Get off at the 'Sonobe Station' (about 30 minutes). Once you exit, head to the bus terminal and take the Nantan City Bus towards Miyanotani. After a 20-minute ride, get off at the 'Miyanotani' stop. Walk east for about 15 minutes to reach Make Shrine.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Kyoto Station. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Just give the driver the address: Miyanotani-3 Sonobecho Takei, Nantan, Kyoto 622-0062.
