    If you are near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, head south towards Marutamachi Street. Once you reach Marutamachi Street, turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with Karasuma Street. Here, turn right and continue walking until you reach the next intersection. At this point, turn left onto Oshinishitoincho. Mikane Shrine will be on your right at 614 Oshinishitoincho, Nakagyo Ward.

    From Kyoto Station, take the bus number 205 or 17. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Oike Tominokoji' stop. From there, walk east on Oike Street until you reach the intersection with Karasuma Street. Turn left and walk along Karasuma Street until you hit the intersection with Oshinishitoincho. Turn right, and Mikane Shrine will be on your right at 614 Oshinishitoincho.

    Take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station and ride it to Karasuma Oike Station. Once you arrive, take Exit 1. Walk east along Oike Street until you reach the intersection with Karasuma Street.
