Bus
From Kyoto Station, take bus number 28 towards 'Kinkaku-ji'. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at 'Saga Ogurayama Hinomyojincho' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes northeast along the road, and you will reach Rakushisha located at 20 Sagaogurayama Hinomyojincho.
Train and Walk
From Kyoto Station, take the JR San-in Line towards 'Sonobe'. Get off at 'Saga-Arashiyama Station' (approximately 20 minutes). From the station, exit and walk for about 15 minutes towards the northwest following the signs towards 'Hinomyojin Shrine'. Rakushisha will be located nearby at 20 Sagaogurayama Hinomyojincho.
Bicycle Rental
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Kyoto Station. Head towards the Arashiyama area via the main road. Follow the signs for 'Saga' and then 'Hinomyojin Shrine'. The journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Saga, Rakushisha will be just a short ride away at 20 Sagaogurayama Hinomyojincho.
Taxi
You can easily hail a taxi from any location in Kyoto. Just tell the driver 'Rakushisha, 20 Sagaogurayama Hinomyojincho'. The taxi ride from central Kyoto should take about 20 minutes depending on traffic.
