From Kyoto Station, take the JR Takarazuka Line towards Takarazuka. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Minoh Station. Once you exit the station, you will find signs directing you to the Minoh Park area. You can either walk (about 30 minutes) or take a local bus from Minoh Station to the entrance of Minoh Park.

From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #100 to Kyoto Eki Mae and transfer to the Hankyu Bus. Take the Hankyu Bus #1 or #2 towards Minoh. Get off at Minoh Station. From there, follow the signs to Minoh Park, which is approximately a 30-minute walk or you can take a local bus to the park entrance.
