Train
Start at Kyoto Station and take the JR Takarazuka Line towards Takarazuka. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at Takatsuki Station. From Takatsuki Station, exit the station and walk toward the north exit. At the north exit, you will find a bus stop. Take the bus number 19 or 21 towards the Settsukyo Park. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Settsukyo Park bus stop, and you will find the park entrance nearby.
Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 206 towards Takatsuki. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach Takatsuki and get off at Takatsuki Station. From here, walk to the north exit, and you will find a bus stop. Take either bus number 19 or 21 towards Settsukyo Park. The bus will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at Settsukyo Park bus stop, and the park entrance will be just a short walk away.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops around Kyoto Station. Head north on Karasuma Street and follow the signs towards Takatsuki. It will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Settsukyo Park, depending on your cycling speed. Once you arrive in Takatsuki, look for signs directing you to Settsukyo Park; it is well-marked and easy to find.
Walking
While walking from Kyoto to Settsukyo Park is not practical due to the distance (over 15 km), you can take a train to Takatsuki Station and then walk from there. From Takatsuki Station, it is about a 20-minute walk to Settsukyo Park. Head north from the station, take a right at the first intersection, and follow the signs leading to the park.
