From Kyoto Station, take the JR Kosei Line towards Ogaki. The ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at Takashima Station. After you exit the station, turn left and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right, and continue for another 500 meters. Shirahige Shrine will be on your left.

From Kyoto Station, take the bus number 205 towards Takashima. It will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach the Takashima area. Disembark at the 'Shirahige Shrine' bus stop. From there, you can walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) to reach the entrance of Shirahige Shrine.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from Kyoto Station. Head north on Karasuma Street and continue until you reach the Sanjo Bridge. Cross the bridge and head towards Takashima via Route 1.
