Excellent night out with a local host
This was a fabulous night and we toured places we wouldn't have gone to on our own. Our host, Natsuka, was so friendly and welcoming (as we're all the locals we met) and she shared many interesting facts about japan. This was our first night in kyoto and was a brilliant introduction to the liveliness of the Saiin area. The timings were spot on for each stop, not feeling rushed but able to have a couple of drinks and food at each place.

Kyoto Refined Palate A Food Tour for Discerning Adventurers
Yummy food and fabulous ambience
Jamie was an amazing touch guide. We met at an easily-identifiable and well-known location. Before eating, she took us on a tour of the Gion area, walking down quiet, small roads that were much quieter than the more popular streets with stops at some scenic spots. We were lucky to glimpse some Maiko! And when it came to her choice of restaurants, they were outstanding! Small, intimate places with fabulous food! I highly recommend this trip and Jamie!
