By Car
If you're driving from central Musashi, take the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) towards Hachioji. Exit at Hachioji IC (八王子IC) and follow the signs for Route 20 (国道20号), heading towards Takao. Continue on Route 20 until you reach the entrance of Meijinomori Takao National Park located at Takaomachi, Hachioji, Tokyo 193-0844. Parking is available at the park, and expect to pay approximately 500 yen for parking.

For those traveling by public transportation, begin by taking the JR Chuo Line from Musashi Station to Takao Station (高尾駅). This trip usually takes around 30-40 minutes. From there, you can reach the park entrance by taking a short bus ride (approximately 10 minutes) on the Keio Bus service that goes directly to Meijinomori Takao National Park.
