Once you arrive at Takeo Onsen Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Take the Takeo City Bus that heads towards Higashikawanoboricho. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Yakimono Park. The park is within a short walking distance from the bus stop.
